Closure of formal AGM session

1751 President for the year 2007/08 resumes the formal educational session.
1752 - 1754 President invites the Grammarian to explain the word and thought of the day.

1754 - 1804 President introduces the Timer and Round Robin master to run the Round Robin session.

1804 - 1805 President introducers the Toastmaster of the day to whome control is handed over.
1805 - 1850 The Toastmaster introduces the Ah Counter and conducts the prepared speech session.

1850 - 1904 The Toastmaster introduces the Table Topics Master and hands over control.for Table topics.
1904 - 1905 Topic Master thanks everyone and hands control back to the Toastmaster.

1905 - 1906 Toastmaster requests the reports from the Timer and Ah counter.
1906 - 1907 Toastmaster intorduces the General Evaluator and requests him to handle the evaluations
1907 - 1916 Speech Evaluators' Reports
1916 - 1920 Table Topics Evaluator's Report
1920 - 1922 Grammarian's Report
1922 - 1923 Toastmaster hands back control to the President
1923 - 1935 The President calls for the General Evaluation.
1925 - 1926 The President calls for the Timer and Ah counter reports for all evaluations and reports.
1926 - 1927 The President call for the Role Evaluators Evaluation.
1927 - 1931 The President makes final announcements and requests comments from the audience.
1931 - 1935 The President requests for volunteers for speaches and role player slots.
1935 In absence of any other matter, the President adjourns the meeting.
